How We Help

Consistent pipeline protection engineered for your soil environment and service life.

Cased Pipeline Assessment

CP assessment and remediation for cased pipelines where conventional monitoring doesn't reach.

System Troubleshooting & Redesign

When standard surveys keep showing the same problems, we assess the root cause and redesign the system. Not just resurvey it.

CP System Design

Galvanic, impressed current, and linear anode systems designed around your pipeline's soil resistivity, coating condition, and operating environment.

Monitoring & Verification

DC coupon installations, reference cell placement, and survey design that gives you real polarization data, not readings skewed by down-line currents or capacitive effects.

Our Approach

We review your system's history, soil data, and survey records, then design or redesign the CP system with field-verified performance targets. You get stamped engineering deliverables and a system that holds up under real operating conditions.

Sudbury Lateral: Linear Impressed Current CP System

A 50-year-old pipeline with poor coating and inconsistent CP was replaced with an innovative linear anode impressed current system using engineered backfill, delivering CP through granitic high-resistivity soils across 8 km. Four dual rectifiers power individually configurable anode segments, projected for a 100-year service life.

PRCI Joint Study: Dual Shallow/Deep Well ICCP on 1,300m HDD

A joint project with PRCI to establish design conventions for CP on a 1,300m horizontal directional drill under a major water body. Dual vertical groundbeds at two depths addressed a 15:1 soil resistivity variation between topsoil and limestone layers.
